Making a gift to the Gary and Trudy Matthews Endowment for the Future will help secure the future endeavors of MAYC which provides a safe and enriching environment after school and days-out-of-school for Mahomet area youth. The endowment is named after the founders of MAYC Foundation and MAYC, Gary and Trudy Matthews.
Each year, MAYC Foundation awards a 4-year scholarship to one graduating senior who has participated in or volunteered for MAYC. This leadership and scholarship award honors Lee Jessup, the first president of the MAYC Foundation Board and an advocate for Mahomet area youth.
MAYC Foundation provides financial support to MAYC on an annual basis. This support funds engaging programs, both educational and fun, that give youth opportunities to develop skills that lead to bright futures.
By partnering with MAYC Foundation on this project, your dollars will help refurbish MAYC’s clubhouse creating functional spaces and making needed improvements to the building.
